You will normally receive an Email confirmation of events booked through our website. If you do not receive an Email confirmation within 48 hours of placing a booking, please contact us by Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
For online events you will also normally receive all necessary access details or login information within 48 hours of the event. In special circumstances such as late booking, this information may be provided less than 48 hours before the event.
Details of available membership subscriptions and the benefits thereof are available on our Join or contact page. Membership subscriptions are charged on a yearly basis with automatic renewal. Membership can be cancelled at any time by contacting us by Email: email@example.com. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your membership subscription.
Refund / cancellation policy
Our ability to provide refunds for event attendance will vary by event type. For in-person events, there will normally be a time after which it is not possible to provide a full refund. Full details of this timeframe, and details of any partial refund that may be available, will be published clearly alongside the event details at the time of booking. Full refunds for online events will be provided up to 24 hours before the event starts. You do not need to give a reason when requesting a refund for an event that you can not attend.
It is not possible to claim a refund for membership subscription fees if membership is cancelled before the end of a membership renewal cycle.
